1. Service Availability

2. Payment & Booking
For our signature workshops, full payment is required at the time of booking. It's how we keep the lights on and the petals fresh. For weddings and large-scale industrial garden installations, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date on our Corran Road schedule.
3. Cancellation Policy
Life happens. If you need to cancel a workshop, give us 7 days' notice and we'll provide a credit. Less than 48 hours? We've likely already sourced your specific botanicals, so we can't offer a refund at that stage. Don't be a stranger, though—we can usually arrange for you to pick up your materials.
4. Liability
